Exchange and Return Policy

If unfortunately, you have to return/refund/exchange an order/product/dress, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via:

Return Process

• You have to courier the product back to us with all tags intact
• You have to bear the courier charges incurred
• GARMENTS WITHOUT TAGS, USED, WASHED, DAMAGED ARE NOT ACCEPTED
• The order has to be shipped back within 7 working days

Refund Process

On receiving the products, we will refund the amount back to the customer's bank account or GPAY within 2 days.

Exchange Process

• The exchanged product will be shipped within 1 day after receiving the product to be exchanged
• If an alternate exchange item is not available, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account or GPAY within 2 days
• Please note that exchange can be done ONCE only
